New products are guaranteed against defects for a period of 3 years. This does not cover accidental damage, damage through miss use and through opening the speaker and tampering. The speakers are security labelled so that evidence of tampering is obvious. Speakers with defects shall be returned to base at the clients expense for repairs within this period.
